This is the only laundry & dry cleaning service I’ll ever use in the city. Such a professional and VIP experience plus the pick up and delivery were both so quick. Love this service!

Great hassle-free first-time experience. Meeting up with the valet during the first pickup was very helpful in understanding how the process works along with garment preferences. They also gave me great guidance and wouldn’t get lost. I would highly recommend this service if you have multiple pieces to get cleaned and don’t have time to make it to your cleaners.

I’m all about Rinsewear. I actually have laundry in building now, but can’t kick how easy Rinse makes it. Great service - don’t know why people still do their own laundry

They matched all my son’s socks! This service is definitely worth it.

The pickups and drop offs are seamless. The clothes come back fresh and so nicely folded that there’s no excuse not to put them away. I didn’t know laundry was a stress in my life before Rinse.

The way the items are packaged when they are delivered is great! All items are neatly folded and packaged together - clothes in one pack, towels in one pack, socks and underwear in another pack - etc.

They do a good job with my laundry, but what makes Rinse really stand out for me is the quality of their customer service.
